What can I do on the Free plan?
Free lets you explore the workspace and understand the tools. You can read the Knowledge Base, watch the complete examples and prepare a message before deciding whether to subscribe. Generating new content and exporting videos require a paid plan.
Links in the Knowledge Base open the relevant tool in Mozify. Follow the guide to add your own inputs and choose settings before reviewing the quote. Example scripts can be copied from their transcripts and adapted before you create narration.
Why does the app ask me to upgrade?
A paid plan is needed when you want to generate or export. This is separate from watching an existing public demonstration. If you already have a subscription, check that you are in the workspace that owns it. Plans and credit balances belong to workspaces, so a personal Free workspace may still ask you to upgrade.
Open the workspace menu to choose the intended workspace, then check its plan and balance. If a payment has just completed, wait for confirmation and use Continue your creation to return to the saved work. Do not create a second subscription simply because a different workspace is selected.
How are generation credits calculated?
The app quotes each generation using the selected model and inputs. Duration, resolution, output count and other model settings can affect the amount. Talking Head uses a quote for the portrait-and-audio video step; narration created separately may have a separate quote.
A production note in a Knowledge Base example describes that specific run. It is not a fixed price for every user or future generation. Check the current quote in your workspace before confirming. Reusing an existing asset in an edit and generating a new asset are different operations.
What does the Seedance bonus cover?
Eligible paid plans include a one-time Seedance generation bonus per workspace. The current public plan amounts are shown below when available. The app identifies the eligible model and settings and shows whether an allowance or workspace credits will fund the request.
This bonus is useful for supporting product footage in a presenter-led ad. It does not include free Talking Head animation, unlimited video generation or every possible Seedance workflow. A Workflows model can have a separate credit quote. Read the funding choice before submitting.
What should I check before confirming?
Start with one output to review the direction. Confirm that the selected workspace, model, input files, duration and resolution are what you intended. Listen to the narration before animating a portrait; fixing a script afterward can require a new paid run.

- Confirm the inputs and settings in the tool.
- Review the quoted credits or eligible Seedance allowance.
- Submit once, then follow the run in its history instead of repeatedly clicking Generate.
- If a run or payment is unclear, contact help@mozify.ai with the run or payment reference. Do not include passwords or API keys.
