Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of mozify.ai, app.mozify.ai, and related Mozify services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

The Services are operated by MOZIFY LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Montana, United States, with its registered office at 1001 S Main St STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States (“Mozify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions: help@mozify.ai.

The service

Mozify provides tools for creative workflows, editing, image generation, and video generation (including text to video and reference to video). Features, models, and capacity may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Services. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content and outputs

You retain rights in scripts, uploads, references, and other materials you submit (“Input”). You grant Mozify a license to host, process, and display Input as needed to operate the Services.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs commercially. Recreating a video as a template does not grant you rights in the original. You are responsible for Inputs, Outputs, and how you publish them — including advertising claims, likenesses, music, trademarks, and third-party rights.

Outputs are produced by generative AI. They may not be unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular campaign. Mozify does not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice. Review Outputs before you use them.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, including rules on likeness, minors, political deepfakes, and illegal content. You may not use the Services to:

• Violate law, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Create or distribute sexual content involving minors, or other illegal sexual content
• Generate deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or other misleading media intended to harm people or brands
• Upload material you do not have permission to use, including copyrighted footage used as a “template” without rights
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the Services or other users

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

DMCA

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@mozify.ai with: your contact details, a description of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized, and your signature. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.

Payments

Some features may require a paid plan or credits. Prices, allowances, and refund terms are shown at purchase or in the billing area of the workspace. Fees are charged through our payment processors. Except where required by law, unused credits and digital outputs are generally non-refundable once generated or substantially consumed.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mozify disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Montana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
