Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Use. It applies to mozify.ai, app.mozify.ai, and related services. If this AUP and the Terms conflict on a prohibited use, this AUP controls.

Likeness and consent

You may not generate, upload, or publish a real person’s face, voice, or identifiable likeness without rights and consent. That includes celebrities, private individuals, and people in reference photos you do not own. Keep proof of consent if you upload a likeness. Mozify may remove content and suspend accounts that skip this rule.

Minors

Do not generate sexual, nude, or exploitative content involving anyone 17 or under, or anyone who appears to be a minor. Do not upload photos of minors to clone or animate them. Report suspected child sexual abuse material to us and to the appropriate authorities.

Deception and politics

You may not use the Services to:

• Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or synthetic media intended to harm a person or brand
• Produce political advertising, electioneering, or synthetic media of candidates or officials
• Impersonate Mozify, a government, or a financial institution

Sexual and illegal content

Do not generate illegal sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or pornography that violates applicable law. Do not generate content that promotes violent crime, terrorism, weapons trafficking, or other illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Do not upload copyrighted footage as a “template” unless you have rights. Recreating structure is not a license to copy someone else’s ad, music, trademark, or product shots. You are responsible for Inputs, Outputs, and how you publish them.

Abuse of the service

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits
• No farming credits with fake accounts or extra workspaces
• No malware, phishing, or attempts to disrupt other users

AI transparency

Outputs are generated by AI. You are responsible for disclosing synthetic media where law requires it (including advertising and, where applicable, the EU AI Act). Mozify may add provenance or watermarks; do not strip required marks to deceive.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit generation, or terminate accounts for AUP violations. Report abuse to help@mozify.ai.
