Affiliate Terms of Service

Welcome to the Mozify affiliate program. These terms govern your participation in the program operated by MOZIFY LLC (“Mozify,” “we,” or “us”). Joining or promoting Mozify as an affiliate means you accept the rules below.
Review your affiliate portal for commission eligibility, attribution rules, and payout details. Use of Mozify is also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Self-referrals are prohibited
Do not register or buy a Mozify subscription through your own referral link. Using another email address, identity, or account you control to claim commission on your own purchase also counts as a self-referral.
Consequence: Confirmed self-referrals lead to permanent removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
2. Abuse and misleading promotion are prohibited
Do not deceive customers or manipulate the referral system to earn commissions. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Posting fabricated discounts or offers on coupon websites.
- Making false claims about Mozify’s prices, features, or expected results.
- Sending unsolicited promotional messages or distributing coupon spam.
- Falsifying referrals or altering tracking to claim unrelated purchases.
Disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing referral links and describe the product and current offers accurately.
Consequence: Fraud or deceptive promotion leads to a permanent affiliate ban. Commissions connected to the violation are ineligible for payment.
3. Do not impersonate Mozify
Affiliates are independent promoters. Do not present yourself as Mozify staff, customer support, or someone authorized to speak for the company. You cannot promise special pricing or make commitments on our behalf.
4. Changes to these terms and termination
We may update these rules by publishing a revised version on this page and changing its “Last updated” date. Check this page regularly. Continuing as an affiliate means accepting the revised terms.
Mozify may suspend or end your participation for violations and reject related commissions, in addition to the specific consequences above.
